Where do I start? We stayed at Blackberry Barn for 8 nights, and it was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. On arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Jill, who lives opposite. She showed us around the barn, and waiting for us was the most beautiful homemade cake she'd baked – such a thoughtful touch and probably one of the best cakes we've ever tasted! The barn itself is stunning – spacious, spotlessly clean, beautifully presented and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was faultless. We brought our two dogs with us, and the secure gardens were fantastic, giving us complete peace of mind while they enjoyed exploring. The location is wonderfully peaceful, yet there's so much to see and do nearby. We'd highly recommend a visit to The Henny Swan – a lovely pub with great food. What really made our stay so special, though, were Jill and Mick. They are the most genuine, friendly and hardworking hosts you could wish to meet. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful holiday. Even if we don't stay again, simply because we love touring different parts of Suffolk, we will definitely be popping back to say hello and have a cup of tea with Jill and Mick. They made us feel so welcome, and we'll always remember our stay at Blackberry Barn. Highly recommended!

All good, small but pleasant place, good value for the price.

Had a great 3 night stay in Alde Lodge. Luxury Lodge which is furnished beautifully. Everything we needed for our stay. Extremely clean and comfortable beds. Very hot weather, but there were fans in every room. Superb outside areas and comfortable seating on decking area. Very peaceful and quiet surroundings. Cannot wait to visit again.

2 Anchor Cottages is a superbly renovated and extended property. Well equipped, private and very comfortable for us as three couples on a short break. The house is on the main street but a very peaceful location within easy walking distance of the beach and all local amenities.

A beautiful cottage, in a stunning location, just a stones throw away from the beach. Well equipped, clean and tidy with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.

A small comfortable cottage in a rural location with easy access to interesting towns, villages, historic houses and the coast.

We all enjoyed the property very much. One of the best we have stayed in. We loved the history of the place, and huge space. Very comfortable accommodation. Would definitely stay again. My only small suggestion would be better pillows. Thankyou.

A spacious and well appointed barn conversion with a wide range of facilities. Small secluded garden, but just two minutes walk from a fantastic country park, ideal for dog walking and with a great park cafe. Owners helpful and readily available for any queries or minor issues.
